1 Bold Step, led by Jennifer Jurgens and Adam Clarke, embraces company-wide growth through the hiring of a new Marketing Operations Coordinator and expanding into a new office location.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – 1 Bold Step announced the expansion of their company by welcoming Danielle Fedel as their Marketing Operations Coordinator along with acquiring a new office location in Grand Rapids, Mich.
“Between the talent crunch we’re facing in West Michigan and the rapid evolution of new marketing technologies, we’ve identified skill gaps in the workforce,” Jurgens said. “Companies are having a tough time finding people with the specialized skills needed to scale and automate demand generation and to prove return on marketing investment. It’s our goal to be that ‘bench’ of marketing experts; ready to help our clients in any capacity, and Danielle will fill a critical role for us.”
With her background in marketing project coordination, Fedel will act as 1 Bold Step’s Marketing Operations Coordinator. Her new position will specifically embrace managing the overall execution of digital marketing campaigns while ensuring content is used in meaningful ways, measuring the R.O.I. of the overall project, analyzing results to provide an overview of the success of the campaign, and offering suggestions to improve future campaign outcomes.
“To manage a marketing campaign is just one part of the equation,” Fedel explained. “The other part of the equation is to be able to dive into the data as to why the campaign produced the results that it did. This then serves as a true value-add by allowing companies to go from just doing marketing to actually executing and growing their brand, product, or service.”
Along with welcoming their new employee, 1 Bold Step has also contributed to their growth by recently moving into a new office location. Located at 408 Bridge St. NW, (co-located with Media Place Partners) this new office will enable the company to serve clients at an even higher capacity than before through shared office space with Adtegrity.
